Therefore, if you have a problem or are dissatisfied with the service, please review our replacement and refund policy: Replacement and refund can request a service replacement in case of a technical problem preventing access to the content of the session or course. You must contact us immediately via private messages on the site to report the problem. Our team will verify and resolve the issue or provide an alternative service if necessary. Due to the nature of the digital services we offer, we cannot provide a cash refund once the student has started the course or session. However, if you are dissatisfied with the service received, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Exceptions There may be exceptions to the replacement and refund policy based on individual circumstances. Please contact us if you are facing special conditions that require special consideration. The time period policy for returning or replacing tangible purchases from the Reading Center store: When wishing to replace or return the product, you must contact us first. The customer has the right to return the product within 3 days from the date of receipt, provided the product is intact and unchanged, and the customer bears the full shipping costs. The product cost will be refunded to the customer within 14 working days. The customer has the right to replace the product with another product before the shipment is sent. After shipment, the customer has 14 working days to request a replacement, bearing the full shipping costs and any price difference if applicable. If the product is defective or does not match the specifications set at the time of purchase, the customer has the right to replace or return the product within 14 days. In this case, the customer must send proof of shipping costs, including: tracking number – shipping – and cost. The customer can then receive a full refund.
